System Administrator
We’re looking for an experienced Linux System Administrator (SysAdmin) to elevate our digital artworks and internal systems to the next level.
In this role, you’ll be the key link between our software and production teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly, securely, and at top speed — both internally and on-site at client locations.
What you’ll do
Collaborate closely with software and production engineers to optimize the workflow between artwork development and deployment.
Engineer and deploy Linux environments for digital artworks that are state-of-the-art and blazing fast.
Oversee and manage digital artwork deployments at client locations, including integration with home automation and show control systems.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, providing clear and detailed bug and defect reports.
Configure and maintain servers and build systems in close collaboration with and for the software engineers.
Handle employee device management, onboarding and ofboarding across Apple, Linux, and Windows environments.
Design and manage large-scale network infrastructures, including complex VLANs, VPNs, managed switches, and traffic control.

Develop and maintain company-wide policies related to:
Employee device management and onboarding
Backup and (artwork) versioning strategies
Artwork deployment processes
OS configuration and network infrastructure
Provide support and guidance for both clients and internal teams.
Create and maintain documentation and manuals for both internal and external use.
Who you are
You have proven experience with Linux, Windows, and Apple environments.
Deep knowledge on Linux deployment and engineering.
You bring extensive knowledge of computer networks and related technologies.
You understand best practices in IT administration and system security.
You are highly organized and excel at managing your time effectively.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are a clear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ideally, you have five or more years of experience in a similar role.
